allow it to boil without harm resulting.

We do not want the Experimental Dept. to consider that the overhea ting nuisance has been dealt with simply because they have discovered that the water can boil for 30 minutes without harm resulting.

Although Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} seems to think that exaggerated reports have made it difficult for his Dept. to deal with overheating complaints, personally I do not regret that the reports have not under-stated the nuisance.

I note with pleasure that at the present time the Experimental Dept. are carrying out further tests with on the 40/50 with and without four wheel brakes to see under the worst conditions what the difference is.

I presume these experiments will be carried out after the removal of the valve in the exhaust and the substitution of water heating for the throttle?
