RUBBER ENGINE FEET. x7005

We have now received half a dozen sample rubbers
from The Dunlop Co. which have precisely the rating we are after,
i.e: they give a deflection of .180 under 750 lbs. load.

We attach a deflection curve and a table shewing
the remarkable consistency of these rubbers.

We have asked Messrs. Dunlop to give us delivery
of the No.6 compound as soon as they can and we see no reason why
these should not permanently overcome our difficulties.

Attached is a copy of the latter we have written
to The Dunlop Co. so that they may know we can carry on with the
500 lbs. rubbers until they can give us the No.6. compound.
