We want the assistance of all concerned to help us to improve the quality of the technical reports which are circulated from this Department. Whilst we have no desire to introduce a lot of red tape, we believe that our technical reports could, with advantage, have a rather more standardised form, and also, that sufficient advantage is not taken of photography and pictorial representations by means of sketches.
