Wind Tone Horns.

With reference to the repeated failure of the wind tone horns reported in the 10,000 mile daily reports, I should be glad to know if you think this may be due to our mounting for these instruments being too rigid.

I am having instructions prepared for introducing more flexibility, and propose to send you a modified set of parts to test, with a view to overcoming the trouble.
