Dear Sirs,

We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 9th inst together with Drawing No's EX. 27309, EX. 23082, and EX.23084 enclosed therewith giving particulars of the new Long type Driven Plate which you will be requiring for the Phantom III, and we are pleased to advise you that the above details will enable us to proceed.

We also note that you are arranging to send us your formal Orders covering the supply of two 10" Driven Plates fitted by us with Thermoid Facings for trial on your Bentley, and also order covering the supply of 72 Cushion Segments your Part No. EX.23804B. We quite agree that the 24 separate Segments already supplied by us are on a free of charge basis, but in order to render this transaction complete we shall be glad if you will let us have your formal Orders as requested.
