Unless otherwise stated the following conditions apply to all quotations:

TERMS.—Strictly nett. All orders over £5 are delivered free at goods train rates in the United Kingdom or f.o.b. English Port. Packing cases are charged for extra at cost and credited in full if returned in good condition carriage paid within fourteen days. All goods are carefully packed and we can accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Customers should sign the carrier's receipt note "unexamined," and if the goods are found to be damaged should claim on the carrier within three days of receiving them, as otherwise no claim can be recognised.
