| X3035 To Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} from EFC. EFC4/T31.3.26. Would you please order for the use of the Expl. Dept. a fairly sensitive spring balance, reading up to 2 lbs only by half ounces. This is required for the accurate measurement of the spring pressures of brush springs on dynamos and motors. Our present spring balance (one given to us by Morganite Brushes) is too coarse for accurate measurement. EFC. | ||
