X3035 To Ms. from EFC. EFC3/T8.1.25. X.3035 - HARDING REVOLUTION COUNTER With reference to the letter from Messrs. Harding, Rhodes & Co.Ltd., ref. HEH/EN, dated the 7th inst., our enquiry was as to whether they had an instrument of this kind with a start and stop clutch. As it does not appear that they have anything like this, and suggest mounting a clutch externally to the counter, we should now propose to arrange for this ourselves if found to be necessary. We definitely do not want any belt drive as there has to be an exact ratio between the synchronous motor and the counter which it drives. For the time being, therefore, we can consider the matter in abeyance, but thank you for making the enquiries. EFC. | ||
