We have removed the governor from our test rig fitted up with the springs which we specify and herewith hand same to you with the advance curve which it gives. We should like Mr. Barlow to try this on his test rig and see whether it gives the same results. It will be observed that the curve for this governor is slightly low but it is within our ± 1° limit.
