To H1. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} H685 OIL RELAY. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/LG6.4.25. We are letting you have several samples of the two different types of cup leather which we are running on the oil relay. We should like you to carry out tests to determine the relative durability of these two types of leather when heated up to 60°C, 80°C and 90°C. We suggest that the tension test, and the test on the mandrel which you suggested the other day would be what is required. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
