For the attention of Mr. Hawley. Dear Sirs, Thank you for your letter of April 3rd, together with enclosures. When we called at the Graham-Paige plant before our departure from Detroit, they mentioned that they preferred the 1/2" pitch chain. I cannot quite recollect from my conversation with you what your views on the 3/8" pitch were. Graham-Paige say that there is less tendency to stretch; our own view is that with an automatic adjustment the stretching does not matter very much anyhow.
