Continuation No. 1. Messrs.Rolls-Royce Ltd., 6.4.36. We think that it would be to our mutual advantage for you to visit our Works, together with either your Mr.Swift or Scott, so that this and other points which have recently been brought up could be more fully discussed, and we shall be pleased to have your views on this suggestion. Would further assure you that the depth of countersink on the fixing holes is also receiving our attention. Referring to the concluding paragraph of your letter and the sample 10.A3 clutch in which the cover is thickened local to the pressure plate lug slots, we are arranging for same to be disassembled and re-built by means of balance weights welded to the flange, and shall let you have this as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED, H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} T. Barker H.T.Barker. | ||
