-4- (Continued) (i) The use of a screw in the rear door pillar for operating the roof lamp switch plunger is not considered in keeping with the quality of the car. (j) O/S. rear door glass and regulator handle are loose, and would rattle after very little use. This is bad workmanship. (k) There is too much felt shewing outside the front door glasses at rear edge. (l) Hinges are loose on door pillars, and doors especially N/S rear door are weak in torsion - apparently the construction is faulty. As received this N/S rear door could be twisted from top to bottom by approx. 1 1/2". (3) Interior Details (a) Sun visors have inefficient friction device (which relys on accuracy of manufacture for efficient) and fall down this friction device consists of a spring washer bearing against a flat washer with a semi circular hole, which is arranged to lock the tension bolt which is of D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} section. On the sample visa the hole in the washers is too large, allowing an initial slip to take place when the visor is moved consequently loosening the nut.
