(d) Rexine selected for trimming is harsh and the grain is not acceptable as it does not compare with the Rover type trim which was asked for on this body (samples of improved Rexine have been sent to Mr.Ward for trimming future bodies.)

The pleating on the doors is badly 'pulled' shewing too many creases. The pockets are cheaply stitched and do not open sufficiently to be of practical use.

(e) Ft. door vent windows have no tension and consequently tend to shut, (especially o/s) and no method of adjusting the tension is apparent. The previous type used (in spring loaded tension) were satisfactory - why change?

(f) The extreme front edges of door top cappings are left unpolished.

(g) Joint of door Facia capping, and shut face is untidy.

(h) No draught strips have been fitted to rear edges of doors. Dodd maintains these are very necessary to prevent wind noise.
