Dear Sir,

I am to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 1st instant and to inform you that the coupons representing 450 units which were returned, are valid until the end of this month and, accordingly, I return them to you herewith.

I note from your letter that you will give me some definite opinion as to how much bulk supply your Department requires at the end of this month.
