The 100-hour bumper test of Phantom III front suspension levers, recommending their use for production.

A pair of the above 2-key levers have now completed 100 hours on the bumper with 3" cams on the drums. This is twice the life of any other lever. After preliminary running it was found that one of the levers was slightly loose on the splines. It now appears that this clearance was present during the original assembly, as the slackness has not increased after 100 hours. The other lever is still a good fit on the splines.
