| ORDER WILMOT-BREEDEN LTD Conditions under which this Order is placed. 1. All goods to be forwarded, carriage paid, to the address stated, or any equivalent destination. 2. Cases to be supplied free, but will be returned if desired. 3. Failure to deliver by the date specified may render the order liable to cancellation without notice. 4. An Advice Note must be posted to us the same day that goods are despatched. 5. Terms as arranged. 6. The Company will not accept any responsibility for any order unless issued on their Official Order Form, and duly signed, or recognise any variation from this order, unless such variation is approved in writing. 7. We reserve the right to reject any material not up to specification and also to refuse delivery of any quantities or weights in excess of our order. Delivery must be made only under our definite instructions. 8. Delivery notes and Invoices must state our Official Order Number, otherwise will not be recognised. 9. Invoices must be posted within 3 days after despatch of goods. | ||
