I attach copy of letter today written to Captain Pelham-Clinton of Messrs Hooper's, which you will find self-explanatory. This arises out of your very excellent suggestion of yesterday. I think they are very sporting to enter into it in this way and should be very much obliged if you would personally see that they are given the information I have referred to in my letter and which paragraph is specially marked on the attached copy.
