Contd. -2- 4. Conclusion. From the above it is seen that the oils are compounds containing 4% and 5% of fixed oil respectively. The Flash Points are both fairly low and the Viscosity of the Gas engine oil is very low, this would render it unsuitable for use in aero engines. The viscosity of Motorine C. is considerably lower than that of Castrol R and its setting point is much higher. It could not be re-commended as a good substitute for Castrol R.{Sir Henry Royce} on Rolls-Royce engines. ---------------------- | ||
