Re 3.AZ.170...H.R.Leonard, Esq.
This car has suffered from over-oiling ever since Mr.Leonard has had it.
We sent Traynor down on one occasion, but apart from this he has returned it to "N" and "W" 7 times and now it is still suffering from the same thing - overoiling and wet plugs.
Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} is bringing the car up to you tomorrow.
Mr.Leonard is very upset and says he will not take it over again until he gets a written assurance from us that this trouble will not recur.
Will you please give instructions for every care to be taken on this occasion, and if necessary, if there is any doubt at all about it, change the engine.
You can have the car, within reason, as long as you like.
You probably know there are always four or five cars of our make running in this family.
C.
PS. I enclose copy of memo. I have received from Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} this afternoon, for your information.
