I note that certain modifications are going through to the B. 60 and Wraith dealing with points I raised in memos and verbally some six to seven months ago. It seems to me a pity that this time should have been lost, to say nothing of the expense of producing Material that was obviously not right in principle, (this has since been confirmed by tests). Indications were clear from the single Cylinder test, which direction should be followed in detailing the general scheme, but these points together with mine seem to have been ignored, hence the necessity for new patterns. In my opinion there are still modifications that can be introduced with beneficial results, but as discussion was not invited, in fact memos not even acknowledged, no further points were mentioned.
