Hancock - Head Chateauroux}4/N.9.9.37. Re: Phantom III Carburetter - 3-PT-149. This car was held up for flooding of the carburetter. The cause was found to be due to a bristle from a brush. There was also a small piece which looks like a shaving of packing material, which I have cut into. The carburetter is a new one, and has not been interfered with since erection, so we can surmise that the pieces found were in the carburetter when received from the manufacturers.
