Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/JL. 29. 6. 40.

This is to introduce Mr. Craddock of the
Paris Depot to you.

Mr. Craddock is an accountant, and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
has instructed me to send him up to Glasgow, as he can
be utilised up there. He is a Scotchman.

Will you please look after him, and
should there be any difficulty in finding him a job,
possibly you will be sure to take the matter up with
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} next time he comes to Glasgow.

Mr. Craddock is entitled to a brief
holiday before he starts work, since he has had a rough
time getting home.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
