This is to authorise the issue of 6 railway vouchers from Derby to Dumfries and Dumfries to Glasgow, in respect of Mr. J.Craddock, his wife and son.
Also that Mr. Craddock be paid the sum of £10 for expenses on Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}'s instructions. A note from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} is on the way confirming this.
Mr. Craddock and his family are refugees from France and he is on the Franco-Brittanic staff.
The Vouchers were issued on Thursday June 27th. for immediate use.
