The more experience we have with the car fitted with radius rods, the more pleased we are with it. It is, by far the best steering we have on any of the 20 HP. cars.
It is true that slight road shocks can be felt especially at low speeds - at high speeds, shocks are felt much less.
This steering also retains all other R.R. characteristics, such as - being light; it is also self-centering throughout the whole range of the steering.

We recommend that we prepare to standardise the radius rods on the 20 HP. car. The arrangement of radius rods we are using at present, although they have given no trouble, are only a temporary arrangement. It demands that the front springs should have increased camber in order to obtain the necessary clearance, which means that the front of the car is high.

We recommend that the design is gone over and a permanent scheme is got out which we could test out on the bumping rig.
