PROPOSED CANTEEN AT CLAN FOUNDRY

The figure given in Estimate M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} 48 was - £1,386. 5. 9d.

The increase is due to -

A.{Mr Adams} Increase in prices since our last estimates were obtained.

B. Increase in the number of people it is proposed to accommodate. The previous quotation covered 100 people, in the present quotation arrangements have been made to seat 120 people.

We shall be pleased to have your instructions regarding this expenditure in due course.

We have been asked by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} to revive our original estimate for a canteen at Clan Foundry and give above present day prices for the work in question.
