PETROL CONSUMPTION & FLOODING.
20/25 h.p.CARBURETTOR.

--------

I beg to acknowledge receipt of your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}14/KW28.6.35.

I am very interested to note particulars of the tests you have carried out in connection with the above. Certainly the photographs are most interesting.

With regard to the petrol consumption we think that if all our customers obtained the results as set out in your list we should have very few complaints.

We hope that you may be able to show N's representative (Mr.Messervy) how to deal with such complaints in the future.

We also note what you say concerning mixture control and await further developments on this. There is no doubt it was a feature much appreciated by a certain type of owner, but of course it would have to be effective to be of any use even to that type.

C.
