-2- and rings, gas blowing past the pistons, engine over-heating and over-oiling, etc. will appear. The above remarks also apply after a car has been standing in storage for some time, with the exception that engine will most likely be already filled with some type of oil. If so, this should be drained and the engine refilled with recommended oil before starting up. | ||
