| -2- The list price of #1 to 7 inclusive, being the 1/2", 7/8" and the metric Plugs, is $1.25 each; the 3/4" Plug, which is for tractors, is $2.00 each. The wholesale exclusive dealers' or agents' discounts are 50%, and an extra 5% is allowed for cash payment with order or against shipping documents in New York City. These Plugs are put up in single cartons, 12 cartons to a corrugated cardboard box, and the standard packing is 500 Plugs to the case. Price includes solid export boxing and delivery F.O.B. steamer New York, and the case measures approximately 12" x 24" x 36", 6 cubic feet, gross weight approximately 160 lbs. We are ready to entertain exclusive agency arrangement for your territory, on the basis of the first order for 500 or 1000 plugs, and an agreement in which a reasonable number of Plugs are ordered within twelve months. If agency is granted, absolute protection is guaranteed. All business in the territory will be in the agent's hands. Samples will be furnished by registered mail at prices and discounts above mentioned.
