With reference to C12/C18.10.33.

The only signs of piston trouble wxx that will be apparent to the drivers is the piston knock which is there at all times. The ordinary slight tap before the car is warmed up is not alarming. If this trouble becomes apparent the correct procedure is to remove the pistons for examination which should certainly be done at the works in order that we can have all evidence at our disposal.
