left with the undersigned we are accordingly having a further sample made up which we hope will meet your requirements in this respect.

As requested we are enclosing herewith copies of our Drawings 228139, 255378, 359013, 764251, 764270 which refer to the Dynamo, Starter, Switch and Adaptor Plate and Assembly respectively. We are also enclosing as requested a copy of our general catalogue which we hope will prove of interest to you, although we must point out that this can only be regarded as a general guide as a number of items are not being produced under war-time conditions, and in some cases the list prices have also been superseded. We are, however, making a point of keeping you informed of any new introductions in equipment likely to be of interest to you.

There is one outstanding item, i.e. the Ignition Relay Unit in which you are interested, and unfortunately we have nothing suitable which is available to send you. We are, however, going further into this, and will let you know if we can meet your requirements in this respect.

Yours faithfully,
for JOSEPH LUCAS LTD.
