Rationalised Programme. We are informed that the cast iron engines of the rationalised programme will require a water drain tap on the radiator bottom tank. This has been provided on the Silver Phantom by making the bottom tank symetrical, and placing a cock on the opposite side to the water outlet. To line up the designs of all radiators in the programme, that they may be suitable for either the aluminium or cast iron engine, we would be glad if you could arrange for a similar modification to that applied already to Silver Phantom radiator to be carried out on the bottom tanks of all the others in the series. There are two i.e. B.5. and Silver Ripple. When no tap is needed an hexagon plug should be fitted. Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
