RECEIVED DEC 21 1921 Dear Sir, I have great pleasure in enclosing for your consideration, the drawings of a device relating to pneumatic tyres and the like, which I have patented and am putting on the market for sale. You will see that it is an attachment that can be adapted to any make of tyre, heavy or light the main point being allowing for expansion.
