RE: INFORMATION AVAILABLE AS THE RESULT OF VISIT TO VAUXHALLS.

The information in regard to test rigs of various types outlined in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}3/MH.{M. Huckerby}19.6.39. and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}4/R.19.6.39. is certainly deserving of very careful consideration, as there can be no question as to the need for this Division of the Company to increase the test rig available whilst there is no disability from the point of view of expense. Later on, if we were not in such a flourishing condition there would certainly be some resistance to spending a fair amount of money, but at the moment if room was available there can be no question as to the advisability of spreading ourselves in this direction, and I would like to add my support to any effort which can be made to further this object.
