Petrol starvation.

This is caused by foreign matter which is either in or gets into the System when the tank is refilled. The Zenith Filter is now standardised.

Servo fierce & grabbing.

Rebedding the Halo and adjustment of the Swinging Arm overcomes the complaint in most cases. In aggravated cases it is necessary to rebed the Brake Liners. A scheme for providing flexibility has been standardised.

Brakes squeaking.

An 80% cure has been found for pre-India cars by fitting an anti-squeaking Device. The India chassis is chiefly Front Wheel squeaks. The fabric after being in use some time forms a hard and dry glazed surface. Squeak Dampers for Front Brakes have now been standardised.

Overoiling.

The fitting of Brico Rings overcomes this trouble. In different cases we regrind the Cylinder bores and fit new Pistons.
