X3730 To BJ. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/E V.{VIENNA} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG23.5.23. BODY FOR 20 HP. CHASSIS. We attach hereto a copy of letter and blueprint we have received from Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} We require for 5-G-11 experimental car, a body to replace the original Gwynne body made by Messrs. Mulliner, which was one of the original bodies built for the 20 HP. This body is now very much out-of-date and the proportions are all wrong, and we wish to scrap it. It was agreed by Messrs. Beatonson that they would supply a new head for this old body free of charge. We recommend that some arrangement is made so that they will make an allowance on this new body. Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} should be informed which Coachbuilder is going to make this body so that he can follow it up. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
