Messrs. C.C. Wakefield & Co.Ltd.,
Wakefield House,
30 - 32, Cheapside,
LONDON.E.C.2.

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Evans.

We shall be glad to know when we shall receive the sample of the axle oil which has been aged by the method agreed between you and our Mr. Hall, when you were at Derby.

When we have received the sample of the aged oil our intention is that Mr Hall should put it through his tests again and then if it is satisfactory, we should like you to supply us with five gallons of this oil so that we can try it on a number of axles.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
