CONTINUATION JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED PAGE 2 DATE 9. 2. 40. Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Limited, --------------------- just to lay out the nose of the bearing from the dimensions given on the detail drawing, you will clearly see just what dimension the recess in your pulley will have to be opened out to. Another point we would like to mention is that we are not absolutely clear concerning the position of the terminal block, relative to the end brackets. We have shown on the outline drawing the position which would suit us best and should be glad if you would let us know if this would be acceptable to you. We think the foregoing covers everything, but if on perusal of the various drawings mentioned above you have any comment to make, no doubt you will do so. . We might just add that in perusing the various drawings enclosed, you will of course note that the projection is third angle, that is, American. Yours faithfully, JOSEPH LUCAS.LIMITED.
