Messrs.Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sirs, Re: Experimental Chassis Prints & Queries. During our last visit to your works, you asked for various drawings and particulars. Please receive herewith blueprint of FB.3658 (Sht.1).- Frame Assembly, F.CD.1013 - Front bumper and brackets. The only difference between the print of F.CD.1013 you have, and the one sent herewith is the bumper width. We also send herewith blueprint of FB.4147 - Front apron, and is for B.5. and B.50, which should be added to your list. You asked for a print of FB.4325, this number should read FB.4235, would you please alter your list. FB.4235 is a cruciform side channel for B.50 a print of which you already have. FB.4047 - Assembly of frame and cross, gives a dimension of 32.500 from the rear axle to the rearmost body bracket shewn on F.CD.300, this dimension is correct for B.50 and Wraith 80. The 30.000 dimension shewn on F.CD.300 is correct for B.5. only. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
