X 7960 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} B. re 104-MY. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}13/E29.12.33 I think you like to hear of any troubles which arise on the above car which I use. We recently found that the front brakes were pulling very much to the offside so I sent the car to N. and they tell me that they had to do the following: Reline the nearside front brake because the old liners were saturated with oil from a pivot leak. To remedy this leak they removed and refitted the bottom flange and oil pipes of the nearside pivot, and remade the joints. The distance the car had run when it was sent there was 4158 miles.
