Further to our conversation on this subject, it is agreed that in order to maintain continuity of control and records, Claud Parr shall continue to be responsible for the material in these Stores. In order to keep the Experimental cars running, however, it is essential that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} should be able to any material that he requires from the Stores, if such material exists, and, in his absence, C.Lee will act as his deputy.
