Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/ML.11.9.40. on this subject. We have now ascertained that the records of parts that are in the Stores, are far from complete. We are therefore arranging that Leadbetter shall be Storekeeper for these Stores and for records to be checked up of everything that is in the Stores, with the assistance of the technical assistants at present working on the car job. We have decided to transfer the responsibility for compiling these records and for the control of the material, to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G.
