[Subject Line] Radiators 22" X 6" German silver with phosphor bronze centres. X.767

Mr Chandler.

The above radiators were fitted to chassis 33PB, 45RB{R. Bowen} and 47PB just over 12 months ago. Would you kindly let us know whether you have any records of any complaints which would show that these radiators have been satisfactory. Our own records confirm this but we understand that your correspondence files contain fuller information than our records.

Mcr.

[Handwritten note]

If there is nothing on records about these radiators ever having been changed, it may be taken that it has given no trouble. The correspondence files are not necessarily complete, & would form a much less reliable guide than the records.
