I have instructed our Test Dept. here not to pass any 20 h.p. chassis or car with whistling carburetter, but to arrange for them to be altered on the lines of your memo. which appears to be an easy matter. I am glad also to hear that you hope to be able to cure the rattle of the brake levers, as we want to deliver as few chassis as possible with rattling brake levers to customers. I hope you will be able to make arrangements to send us the new form of brake lever as soon as possible, to fit to cars before they are delivered. When do you think you will be able to do so, please?
