Lead bronze big end bearings.
Noise insulation scheme.
Magnesium gearbox.
Road wheels with improved locking nuts.
Magnesium dashboard and clutch pit.
Magnesium intake bend and timing cover.
Textolite timing gears.
Improved cross and side steering tubes.
Lightened type petrol tank incorporating outside filler.
Modified exhaust system - substitution of aluminized mild steel for staybrite steel and lighter gauge material.
Servo threads on synchromesh cones as per drawing G.83946.
Rear axle pinion with inner race of nose bearing integral with pinion.
Thick leaf rear springs.
Lightweight battery type : P.& R.6 H.Z.D.9- 5
