STAMP: NOV 1938

We have carefully examined the Fuse Box which you have labelled for our attention, and we find that the fault is due to the Stud being rather long on the threaded portion, which prevented the Screw on the opposite side being tightened down on the connection.

We have always instructed the assembly operators to fit the Screw first and the Stud later, in order to prevent this trouble.

The inspector's attention has been directed to this matter, and we do feel that there should be no reoccurance.
