DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

Attention Mr. Robotham & Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Pearson.

I have the pleasure to confirm my telephone conversation with you re the Bernard-Salomon's dynamic dumper.

Will you please note that I am the only one exclusive representative for negotiation of the license in America and England. I make this statement because several people having no right to discuss the matter have approached some of the Companies on our behalf.

I have concluded personally, the exclusive licence (for air) agreement with the Wright Aeronautical Corp., U. S. A.{Mr Adams}, and the non-exclusive licence with the Bristol Aeroplane Company, England and a general licencee with Faudi in Germany and Chemsa in Italy.

I would be pleased to visit you next week and would you please suggest a date preferably after Wednesday. I need about four hour's discussion and the programme will be:- Patent situation, full proof of entire invalidity of Sarazin, or Reed-Propellor and other patents with reference to Salomon patents.(patents re Salomon devices are published in England). the technical part of the business (different designs and notices), commercial side of the business.

I remain,

Very truly Yours,

GEORGE A.{Mr Adams} RUBISSOW

P. S. For your information please note that the Sarazin patent (the earliest one and others) are fully anticipated by the French patent No. 632,017 of April 4th, 1927 (Societe Chenard Walcker) and please note that Mr. Sarazin has been himself employed by the said Chenard Walcker Societe so that he ought to know the existence of this patent, published about 4 years before he claims to have any priority. The Chenard Walcker patent has nothing similar or in common with the Salomon patent, because the Salomon ideas are entirely new in basic and covers the full field of free masses restoring forces for dumping purposes.
