ALL TESTERS PLEASE NOTE Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1104 TO: Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} D18/DL18.12.37 Below is copy of a memo. received from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, to which I have no doubt you will give attention and advise all concerned. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} COPY To D from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}28/E16.12.37 I have had a complaint from Mr.Good, who, as you know, is the Chairman of Lagonda Motors, that some one in London has been making disparaging remarks about their financial position and also about their product. I am taking steps to stop it in London but I should like you to send a circular note round at Derby, warning them against doing anything of a similar nature. If anybody asks about Lagonda's, we should simple give the correct answer, i.e., that we know nothing about their product at all. Please ask Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} to be particularly careful to warn all his people who come in contact with customers. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
