We are sorry to note from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst6 of the 30th ultimo that this matter is held up because you have not a suitable chassis on which to fit them. This seems rather an indefinite situation, whereas the lamp matter is very pressing.

Could we not advance this matter by, if necessary, lending you a car for a few days on which to have these lamps fitted up ? It seems to us it does not matter much what sort of car it is so long as it is one that is suitable for the lamps you have, i.e. a 40/50 h.p.car.

Will you please let me know if we can help you in this say, as we feel we ought to get something settled now without further delay on the question of headlights and their control as regards anti-dazzle, coupled of course with a suitable fog lamp.
