The S.U. Carburetter Co.Ltd.,
East Works,
Adderley Park,
Birmingham 8.

For the attention of Mr. Cooper.

Dear Mr. Cooper,

You will remember that I visited your
Works about a month ago, re special 1 3/8" bore
carburetters. One pair I brought away with me (Brass),
and a second pair you were to prepare in "Hiduminium".

Could you please let me know the position
of this job, and when to expect same.

Will you please send me 3 pairs of jets
(not needles) as fitted to 3 1/2 litre Bentley, in your
1 3/8" carburetter.

Singers let me down badly over the other
job. They named a day, promised to finish the job in the
day, received the car, and then they didn't touch it. I
am waiting to hear from them again.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
